Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative package.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
